Possible Solutions

If the coffee runoff is too fast or too slow, the grinding coarseness can be adjusted.

NOTE: The grinding coarseness adjustment knob can be turned only while the grinder is in operation.

For slower runoff and creamier coffee, turn the knob 1 click counterclockwise (finer ground coffee).
For faster runoff, turn the knob 1 click clockwise (coarser ground coffee).
